DECISION MAKING FOR PROSTHETIC OUTCOME ON IMPLANT REHABILITATION OF BONE DEFECTS IN AESTHETIC AREA
Many variables are involved in gaining aesthetical and functional success in implant therapy of the aesthetic regions. Along the years, in presence of bone atrophies, the paradigms of the treatment have shifted from the bone guided implantology to the more correct prosthetic driven implantology. Different approaches and strategies have been proposed for treatment of implant supported aesthetic rehabilitation in relation with the different clinical situation . The lecture will illustrate different strategies of treatment, from the surgical to the prosthetic phase, of several clinical cases in aesthetic areas where complex anatomical situations were found as well as the solutions adopted in the effort of maximizing the aesthetical outcome. Each different approach will be presented and briefly discussed.
